We went to Motor City looking for a car for my daughter. I had spoken to Tom ahead of time and he had the car we were interested in out front and ready for us to look at when we arrived. The entire buying process, from test driving a few cars to signing the final paperwork, was smooth and not overwhelming at all. As someone who loathes the car buying process, I can confidently say that Tom and Motor City have changed my perspective. I will absolutely be returning when I need to buy a new car for myself!

bought a 2013 doge dart from this place and could not be happier, great car, great customer service, and they were able to come down in price. If you are looking for a vehicle i would recommend buying one from here.

I walked into Motor City Of Rochester and was immediately greeted by Ken Ellis. From that moment on I knew I found a new friend. He did everything he could to get me into the car that I fell in love with. He made a used Subaru Forester look and operate like new. He also got the payments down to a number that I could afford. I highly recommend anyone looking for a great used car and an honest deal go see Ken Ellis at Motor City Of Rochester.

Tom and Curt were so amazing 👏!!!!I honestly came in a a negative person, worried I wouldn't be able to get a car on my own. Poor credit and get help with everything. They changed the way I will look at things. I left the same day with a new used car and a fresh start

We found the exact car we were looking for at Motor City last week and at the price point we wanted.Ken at Motor City helped us from start to finish and the whole experience was amazing.Couldn't be happier to drive it home today. Definitely would recommend Motor City to anyone looking for a car!

Ken was fantastic to deal with. I normally don't leave reviews. I am not a big fan of car dealerships but this was the best experience I've ever had. They have the exact car I was looking for my wife. It was a 2021 Ford mustang mach-e blue. He was able to get me a good monthly payment and a fair rate. I would definitely do business here again.

Ken made the impossible, POSSIBLE for me! I walked in thinking that it would be a waste of time, they couldn’t really help me but I left with peace of mind and a safe SUV for my family! Ken was personable, understanding and supportive throughout the whole process. Curt was the cherry on top making sure I understood everything I was signing. The two of them make a great team! I highly recommend them to anyone but especially the single parents that struggle and need a little more support! THANK YOU KEN!
