This dealership is exceptional! Ken was extremely easy going and allowed the vehicle to sell itself. The finance manager, Curt I believe, had my son (who was getting his first car) and me in and out of there in no time. The entire purchasing experience was seamless and they even agreed to deliver the vehicle to us in Massachusetts so we didn’t have to drive back up to Rochester again. These guys go the extra mile and I can’t say enough good things about them. Fantastic!

Kenneth was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me and my spouse get into a 2019 VW tiguan. He was very helpful as I am a veteran and he helped manage the difficulty with being dislocated from my spouse.

Tom was AMAZING!! I had.3 very long and stressful weeks with other dealers. I walked in and I instantly felt like I was one of the family. Tom didn't pull any punches at all. He was HONEST and straight to the point. I told him what I was looking for and he knew what I needed. I now have a AMAZING vehicle that meets all of my expectations and more and fits my whole family. This was the least stressful place I have been. From now on I will make this my 1st choice!! Thank you guys your the best!!!
